Please do not call us to obtain a quote. It is best practice to first email us with clear and focused images of the damage and surrounding paintwork. That way, we have something to reference when quoting, which cannot be achieved with a call.
UK - DIFFERENT SHIPPING OPTIONS
If you are unable to drop-off to our office, there are other options available:
- If you cannot make it to us during the week, you can drop-off at our partner Head For The Hills, in Dorking on a Saturday between 08:30 – 17:30 and we will collect from them the following Monday
- You can engage a courier of your choice and send the item directly to us.
- If you live in London or nearby surrounding boroughs, we can arrange collection or delivery on Tuesdays or Fridays using our private courier, Willis Logistics.
- For all other areas, you can request a collection through us using APC or FedEx.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you are shipping an item to us from outside the UK, please contact us before shipping anything!
You will need to complete the customs documentation and mark the item as “Temporary Export (Repair and Return)”. This is very important as it will show HM Customs and Excise that the item is not remaining in the UK.
Also please contact us for our EORI number which can be added to the customs documents and might assist with quicker processing.
Do not forget to include a Commercial Invoice. The value you enter here on the customs forms will affect the amount HM Customs and Excise charge in relation to import duties. This could be between 26-30% of the value. If we are charged any import duties or disbursements these will be charged onto you, unless we are able to get them re-imbursed. We reserve the right to charge an admin fee for any extra administration we undertake into clearing your item to you.
It is your sole responsibility to organise the shipping to and from the UK, we will not oversee this. Upon arranging the return of your goods, please email the documents needed for exit to support@carbonbikerepair.co.uk so that we can attach it to your box

How to box your Bike
- Create a ‘soft’ frame around the bike to avoid contact with the frame itself.
- Covering the surfaces with non-abrasive padding to avoid abrasion and additional impacts.
